Devolution Of Rights And Liabilities Of Contract
In case party to a contract dies or loses his/her senses, the rights accruing from the contract shall devolve on the heir to his/her property, and the heir shall also bear liability to the extent covered by the property received by him/her. Provided that, the rights and liabilities accruing on the basis of personal skills and qualification shall not devolve on such heir.
